We will begin by having you recline on your back  with pillows under your head and a  towel covered pillow supporting your hips. Your legs will be slightly apart, your knees just a little bent. Your abdomen, thighs, feet, toes, chest, nipples and fingers are then gently massaged with warm aromatic oil. Nothing will escape attention. Your energy flow is stimulated and senses awakened as your body's sensitivity increases. According to Tantric ideals, your entire body will be massaged, including those particularly sensitive areas [for a more detailed explanation, click on "Lingam" or "Yoni" massage below].

Perceptions of sensuality and lust are located here, but these "intimate" areas are an important source of joy in life. You will feel relaxed, yet wide awake. You will be coached to breathe properly, as you sink into yet deeper level of relaxation. In this very loving ceremony you will be completely nurtured and pampered in the arms of your goddess, giving you a feeling of comfort and sense of well-being.

What are Chakras?

Tantra distinguishes many different energy systems within us. One of these that you might have already read about is chakras; energy centers in the body between the pelvis and the top of the head. In this system of thought, there is the idea that the smooth flow of energy in our bodies can get stuck somewhere in the system blocked from moving freely or depleted for a variety of reasons. Tantric practice works toward keeping energy flowing through us smoothly and naturally.

CHAKRA #1: Color: RED Element: EARTH

The Root Chakra , Security Center, The first chakra termed the root chakra is associated with the prostate and therefore is located at the base of the spine midway between the anus and the scrotum. Since this chakra is related to our survival instincts, and to our sense of being grounded and connected to our bodies and the physical world it is often seen as that which forms the foundation of our very being.  Some men who have had their prostate removed due to cancer feel as if the very ground on which they stand has been ripped from beneath their feet. Then there are those individuals whose other six energy chakras have been so well attuned that they work together to establish and maintain this root chakra despite the absence of the prostate. This can help to explain why some men who after prostate removal are still able to perform sexually.

CHAKRA#2: Color: ORANGE Element: WATER

The Sacra or sacred organs  Chakra, Sensation Center The second chakra, located in the abdomen, lower back, and sexual organs, is related to emotions and sexuality. It connects us to others through feeling, desire, sensation, and movement. Associated with the LINGHAM (penis). This CHAKRA Controls ones sense of: bodily wants, bodily needs, things that bring pleasure, emotional associations self-gratification.

 * NOTE: this chakra when working in harmony with the root chakra can produce the greatest sexual experience and also the greatest degree of physical and spiritual healing.

CHAKRA#3: Color: YELLOW Element: FIRE

The Solar Plexus Chakra  Power Center The third chakra is known as the power chakra. It is located in the solar plexus and  reveals our individual personaliites. This chakra is responsible for that "gut-feeling" we often get when confronted with a situation.  This CHAKRA Controls ones sense of: power, control, personal freedom and  the ability to truly be yourself self-definition

CHAKRA#4: Color: GREEN Element: AIR 

The Heart Chakra  Love Center The fourth chakra is known as the heart chakra. . It is related to love and is the integrator of opposites in the psyche: mind and body, male and female, ego and unity. A healthy fourth chakra allows us to love deeply, feel compassion, have a deep sense of inner peace peace and centeredness. CHAKRA#6: The Brow Chakra Third Eye Color: INDIGO Element: LIGHT

The sixth chakra is known as the center of command. It is situated between the eyebrows and has often been labeled "the Third Eye." It is related to the act of seeing, both physically and intuitively. When healthy it allows us to see what has often been termed as being "the BIG picture". CHAKRA#7: The Crown Chakra Cosmic Consciousness Color: VIOLET Element: THOUGHT

The seventh chakra relates to consciousness as being pure awareness. It is here that we establish a connection to the greater world beyond, to a timeless, spaceless place of all-knowing. This is where once we've gotten to the big picture through Chakra #6 that we can see the what we actually were put on this earth for. This chakra, When fully developed, brings us a form of absolute knowledge, wisdom, understanding, spiritual connection, and true bliss. This CHAKRA Controls ones sense of: self-knowledge being connected to the vastness of the cosmos, the world on which we live and the people, places, and things that comprise it.
